Refund Policy

Hey! We understand you need some peace of mind before purchasing online. We want to make sure your experience with us is a positive one at any time of the purchasing process.

Orders ship out between 1-4 days after we have received them. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us so we can check in our system if your order has not been shipped out yet. That's the only instance in which we can proceed to cancel your order and issue a refund on it. We still recognize this as our responsibility, you can rest assure that we will do our best to do our customers right about cancellations. 

If you are yet to receive your order after 15 days of placing it and wish to cancel, please contact us so we can open an investigation about your package. We won't let you uncared-for about is. 

If you have received your order and it is damaged in any way, please contact us with pictures of the issue(s) attached. Please make sure to contact us within 30 days of placing your order and we will send you a replacement free of charge. After 30 days, the product is no longer covered by our courtesy grace period. See our exchange policy below.


We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged within a 30 day time period from placing your order. Unless an extended warranty was selected at the time of purchase. Warranties are not eligible for refunds, only replacements. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and you will receive the return instructions.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse before contacting us.

There are certain situations where partial refunds apply: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for external reasons (not attributed to our company)
  • Any item that is returned past 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In case of rejection, we will compensate you with other type of courtesy in response to the inconvenience. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that our support team sends you, if applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
